高級裝飾耐火板采用國外進口高級原生木漿紙，引進了國外的技術。由裝飾紙、牛皮紙浸三聚氰胺及酚醛樹脂膠，烘干、排疊，放置壓力機下，在華氏 300度（約攝氏150度）的高溫下，加以每平方英寸1430磅的壓力，持續(xù)均衡施壓一個小時后再經(jīng)修邊、砂磨、品質檢測等步驟制作而成。

High grade decorative refractory board adopts imported high-grade native wood pulp paper and introduces foreign technology. It is made by immersing decorative paper and kraft paper in melamine and phenolic resin adhesive, drying, stacking, and placing them under a press. At a high temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit (about 150 degrees Celsius), a pressure of 1430 pounds per square inch is applied continuously and evenly for one hour, followed by trimming, sanding, quality testing, and other steps.
