　　富美家抗倍特板的材質(zhì)主要是由表面透明層、裝飾色紙、褐色牛皮紙（經(jīng)過酚醛樹脂處理）層層疊壓再經(jīng)過高溫高壓制作而成的。

　　The material of Fumeijia anti double special board is mainly composed of a surface transparent layer, decorative colored paper, brown kraft paper (treated with phenolic resin) layer by layer, and then produced by high temperature and high pressure.

　　目前抗倍特板（高壓熱固樹脂版）性能測試報告，國內(nèi)還沒有統(tǒng)一的產(chǎn)品標準，現(xiàn)在一般參照美國的NEMA LD-2005\ASTM D638-03\ GB/T17657-1999的方法標準來測試產(chǎn)品性能基本參數(shù)。

　　At present, there is no unified product standard in China for the performance testing report of high pressure thermosetting resin plates. Generally, the method standards of NEMA LD-2005/ASTM D638-03/GB/T17657-1999 in the United States are used to test the basic parameters of product performance.

　　抗落球沖擊性  NEMA LD3-2005   用224g的鋼球從2m處落下觀察表面如其中有一塊有變化即為有變化   230mm*230mm*8mm5塊   表面無變化

　　Impact resistance to falling balls NEMA LD3-2005: When a 224g steel ball is dropped from a distance of 2m and observed on the surface, if there is a change in one of the pieces, it is considered a change. 　　表面耐磨性    NEMA LD3-2005   放置在磨耗機上用500g的力用砂紙旋轉(zhuǎn)到表面的色紙破壞取3個中的的最低值  100mm*100mm*8mm3塊  2000轉(zhuǎn)

　　Surface abrasion resistance NEMA LD3-2005. Place it on an abrasion machine and use 500g of force to rotate it with sandpaper until the colored paper on the surface is damaged. Take the lowest value of 100mm * 100mm * 8mm3 from 3 pieces and rotate them 2000 times

　　抗彎曲強度 GB/T17657-1999   采用萬能試驗機試驗，跨距為長度是厚度的16倍即為320mm長，50mm寬做折彎試驗  50mm*460mm*8mm5塊  158MPa

　　Bending strength GB/T17657-1999 is tested using a universal testing machine, with a span of 16 times the length and thickness, which is 320mm in length and 50mm in width. Five pieces of 158MPa are tested for bending, measuring 50mm * 460mm * 8mm

　　握螺釘力    GB/T17657-1999   用拉力儀器，拉拔板材內(nèi)的自攻螺絲，  230mm*230mm*8mm5塊    3731N

　　Gripping force of screws GB/T17657-1999: Using a tensile tester to pull self tapping screws inside the sheet metal, 5 pieces of 230mm * 230mm * 8mm 3731N

　　耐高溫性    GB/T17657-1999   放置120度攝氏度下，2小時后觀察表面  230mm*230mm*8mm5塊   表面無變化

　　High temperature resistance GB/T17657-1999: After being placed at 120 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, observe that there is no change on the surface of 5 pieces measuring 230mm * 230mm * 8mm
