人造石—人造石臺(tái)面是隨著整體廚房的引進(jìn)而興起的一種化學(xué)合成的裝飾材料。

　　根據(jù)組成成分的不同，目前市場(chǎng)上有以下幾種類型的人造石臺(tái)面：

　　1、色麗石：人造石的第一代產(chǎn)品，主要成分是不飽和樹(shù)脂，氫氧化鋁粉，丙烯酸酯單體，顏料等。為了降低成本，有很多小型廠家用鈣粉代替鋁粉，使臺(tái)面沒(méi)有光澤，質(zhì)地較脆易斷裂，易腐蝕、滲漏。

　　1. Selenite: The first generation product of artificial stone, mainly composed of unsaturated resin, aluminum hydroxide powder, acrylic monomer, pigment, etc. In order to reduce costs, many small manufacturers use calcium powder instead of aluminum powder, making the countertop dull, brittle and prone to breakage, corrosion, and leakage.

　　2、水晶石：水晶石相比色麗石在本質(zhì)并沒(méi)有多大改變，只是在調(diào)色、顏料方面較多的運(yùn)用大顆粒、高透明度的材料。我曾在臺(tái)面加工車(chē)間做過(guò)試驗(yàn)---水晶石臺(tái)面經(jīng)高溫鋼化后出現(xiàn)的氣孔比普通色麗石還要多。

　　2. Crystal stone: Compared to sapphire, crystal stone has not changed much in essence, but it uses larger particles and higher transparency materials more in color matching and coloring. I once conducted an experiment in the countertop processing workshop - the pores on the crystal stone countertop after high-temperature tempering were more than those on ordinary sapphire.

　　3、云霧石：云霧石是一種比水晶石成本還要高，花紋模仿天然紋路，質(zhì)地較硬的人造石。因其在加工及紋路對(duì)接方面的缺陷，沒(méi)有被大規(guī)模的使用，一般運(yùn)用在其他外墻包裝，立柱、燈飾的包裝方面。

　　3. Cloud stone: Cloud stone is a type of artificial stone that is more expensive than crystal stone, with patterns imitating natural patterns and a harder texture. Due to its defects in processing and texture matching, it has not been widely used and is generally used in packaging for other exterior walls, columns, and lighting fixtures.

　　4、賽麗石也叫石英石：石英石是近兩年才出現(xiàn)的一種石材，含有天然石英，質(zhì)地較硬，天然華貴，耐磨、耐腐蝕，無(wú)滲漏。但是在加工、拼接方面比較復(fù)雜，并且留有拼接痕跡。目前市面上比較流行的是西班牙的賽麗石。

　　4. Saili stone, also known as quartz stone: Quartz stone is a type of stone that has only appeared in the past two years. It contains natural quartz, has a hard texture, is naturally luxurious, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has no leakage. But it is relatively complex in processing and splicing, and there are traces of splicing left. The currently popular product on the market is Spanish sapphire.

　　5、復(fù)合亞克力：復(fù)合亞克力臺(tái)面是所有人造石臺(tái)面中性價(jià)比最高的。其主要成分為飽和樹(shù)脂中添加20%左右的亞克力、氫氧化鋁及顆粒65%、其他材料占2%左右(視不同顏色而定)。其價(jià)位、光澤度、硬度、耐腐蝕性等都比較適中，使櫥柜臺(tái)面中的主流產(chǎn)品。

　　5. Composite acrylic: The composite acrylic countertop is the most cost-effective among all artificial stone countertops. Its main components are about 20% acrylic, 65% aluminum hydroxide, and particles added to saturated resin, with other materials accounting for about 2% (depending on different colors). Its price, glossiness, hardness, corrosion resistance, etc. are relatively moderate, making it a mainstream product in cabinet countertops.

　　6、純亞克力：純亞克力臺(tái)面的主要成分是甲級(jí)丙烯酸甲脂、氫氧化鋁。光澤細(xì)膩，無(wú)毒無(wú)輻射，易于清理，耐腐蝕無(wú)滲漏，是目前最理想的櫥柜臺(tái)面材料。

　　6. Pure acrylic: The main components of pure acrylic countertops are grade A acrylic methyl ester and aluminum hydroxide. Glossy and delicate, non-toxic and radiation free, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant and leak free, it is currently the most ideal cabinet countertop material.
