一、用途

　　1. Purpose

　　富美家雙側(cè)磁性耐火板m4702具有酚醛樹脂牛皮紙核心，但無裝飾性表面。其內(nèi)部有帶鋼箔（約200mic）的兩層酚醛樹脂牛皮紙核心。m4702可以用于增加幾乎富美家所有產(chǎn)品的磁性特性。這可以被用于磁性布告牌和磁性干擦板。

　　Fumeijia double-sided magnetic refractory board M4702 has a phenolic resin kraft paper core, but no decorative surface. It has two layers of phenolic resin kraft paper core with strip steel foil (about 200mic) inside. M4702 can be used to enhance the magnetic properties of almost all products from Fumeijia. This can be used for magnetic bulletin boards and magnetic dry erase boards.

　　富美家產(chǎn)品中的大多數(shù)耐火板都可使用，包括抗倍特在內(nèi)。

　　Most of the fire-resistant boards in Fumijia's products can be used, including AntiBete.

　　可用厚度為4mm, 再次此范圍內(nèi)，不會有明顯磁性損失。如果超過4mm厚，將會發(fā)生磁性損失。當耐火板厚度增加時，磁性效果下降。

　　The available thickness is 4mm, and within this range, there will be no significant magnetic loss. If it exceeds 4mm thickness, magnetic loss will occur. When the thickness of the refractory plate increases, the magnetic effect decreases.

　　二、操作與儲存

　　2、 Operation and Storage

　　m4702雙側(cè)磁性耐火板的儲存條件與其他富美家和decometal耐火板相同。m4702雙側(cè)磁性耐火板應(yīng)平放儲存，運輸時應(yīng)適當使用托盤。運輸過程中不可滾動或折疊，否則會對板產(chǎn)生不可逆性損傷，給制造過程帶來很大困難。在儲存期間，必須將蓋板放置在耐火板頂，以防彎曲。

　　The storage conditions for the M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board are the same as those for other Fumijia and Decometric refractory boards. The M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board should be stored flat, and pallets should be used appropriately during transportation. During transportation, it is not allowed to roll or fold, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to the board and bring great difficulties to the manufacturing process. During storage, the cover plate must be placed on top of the fire-resistant board to prevent bending.

　　三、粘合

　　3、 Adhesive bonding

　　不可使用標準粘合劑對m4702雙側(cè)磁性耐火板進行粘合。我們推薦使用諸如環(huán)氧樹脂ay 103 -1樹脂和hy991固化劑或類似的環(huán)氧樹脂。在使用上述粘合劑時，需要對材料加壓。固化時間取決于樹脂與固化劑的比率。請參照粘合劑制造廠商的專門說明。還可使用可噴涂的氯丁橡膠，但由于可能發(fā)生的空間移動，我們推薦僅在小范圍使用這種粘合劑。當使用接觸性粘合劑時，板的寬度不可大于600mm.

　　Standard adhesives cannot be used to bond the M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board. We recommend using epoxy resins such as ay 103-1 resin and hy991 curing agent or similar epoxy resins. When using the above adhesive, it is necessary to apply pressure to the material. The curing time depends on the ratio of resin to curing agent. Please refer to the specific instructions provided by the adhesive manufacturer. Sprayable chloroprene rubber can also be used, but due to possible spatial movement, we recommend using this adhesive only on a small scale. When using contact adhesive, the width of the board should not exceed 600mm

　　當將光澤耐火板粘合在m4702雙側(cè)磁性耐火板上時，一定要確保所有表面均潔凈、無雜物。所有壓板都應(yīng)無污物，否則會被壓入耐火板表面并引起起伏。還要注意確保裝飾性耐火板與m4702之間無雜物，否則會導(dǎo)致浮印。

　　When bonding the glossy refractory board to the M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board, it is important to ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of debris. All pressure plates should be free of dirt, otherwise they will be pressed into the surface of the refractory plate and cause undulations. Also pay attention to ensuring that there are no debris between the decorative refractory board and M4702, otherwise it may cause floating marks.

　　M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board can be bonded to all commonly used substrates, such as medium density fiberboard, multi-layer board, or particleboard.

　　四、平衡

　　4、 Balance

　　應(yīng)使用倒著的相同m4702雙側(cè)磁性耐火板，使其富美家磁性耐火板保持平衡。推薦小板材厚度為12mm,如果小于該厚度，則平整度無法得到保證。如果對板平整度要求不高，或板背面被隱藏起來，則可以使用較低等級平衡耐火板。請參照富美家制造指南的平衡相應(yīng)部分的內(nèi)容，以保證使用正確耐火板。

　　The same M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory plate should be used upside down to maintain balance with the Fumijia magnetic refractory plate. The recommended thickness for the small board is 12mm. If it is less than this thickness, the flatness cannot be guaranteed. If the flatness requirement for the board is not high, or if the back of the board is hidden, a lower grade balanced fire-resistant board can be used. Please refer to the balance section of the Fumijia manufacturing guide to ensure the correct use of refractory boards.
